We heard beeping and texted the team. Within 15 minutes they were working on it remotely to try to fix. The hard drive ended up failing, but Matt and Alan K made sure we were back up and running ASAP. No charge on the hardware or service because of equipment error. Great service and response

I am so happy with the Home Theater installed in my basement. All wires were tucked away nicely and the surround sound is hidden in the walls and sounds amazing! Thank you!
